PREMIUM LOADED U-CUP WITH ANTI-EXTRUSION RING

These heavy-duty rod seals offer increased extrusion resistance at higher pressures, and larger clearance gaps allow applications that require low friction and service at extreme temperatures. The elastomeric lip improves sealability while the anti-extrusion ring increases toughness. They’re often designated for high pressure, mobile hydraulic applications; large extrusion gaps; and in high duty cycle and pressure spike applications.

Temperature range: -50°F to +250°F

Materials: Urethane or Hytrel® shell with nitrile, Viton™, and a low temperature Nitrile top seal (Low temperature materials are available)
