Premium loaded U-cups are especially effective when applications require low friction and service at extreme temperatures. The elastomeric lip improves sealability. It also combines with a high modulus for toughness and to resist extrusions. In cold weather environments, NBR is an excellent selection for energized seals. Premium loaded U-cup seals are available in several material combinations.
