SPLICING KITS

Create you own custom O-Rings while you cut costs with our splicing kits. These are excellent tools that quickly and economically produce non-standard sized O-Rings in a wide variety of sizes. With the right kit it may be possible to produce an O-Ring featuring a diameter larger than two feet (~67 cm). Because these custom O-Rings are produced using splicing cord stock, their use is recommended for relatively low pressure, static sealing applications in which little stretch is needed to install the O-Ring.

Each kit contains a splicing jig, single blade razor, O-Ring cord in several diameters, a bonding agent and detailed instructions on how to make O-Rings to your own exact specifications.
