PTFE BACK-UP O-RING KITS

In high pressure applications, single turn PTFE back-up rings can help control O-Ring extrusion. These rings are compatible with all hydraulic fluids because they are practically chemically inert. They can also be used in elevated operating temperature conditions. In addition, PTFE back-up rings improve O-Ring performance and their operational life, so they're effective even where extrusion is not a problem.

This kit has 36 compartments containing 325 single turn back-up rings in 36 MS28774 sizes. This style's 22° scarf cut facilitates installation. Each kit includes a contents identification card listing the size and actual dimensions of each ring.

Material is 55 durometer (Shore D) PTFE
