PREMIUM LOADED DOUBLE LIP U-CUP

When applications require low friction at extreme temperatures, these heavy-duty rod seals offer improved extrusion resistance at higher pressures and larger clearance gaps. They also feature an anti-extrusion ring for improved toughness and an elastomeric lip for sealability. They’re often specified with high pressure, mobile hydraulic applications; large extrusion gaps; and in high duty cycle and pressure spike applications.

Materials: Urethane or Hytrel® shell with nitrile, Viton™, and a low temperature Nitrile top seal (Low temperature materials are available)
