Benchmarking is a vital practice in competitive market analysis. These measurements then allow High Performance Seals' engineers to reproduce the part using our SolidWorks CAD system. That solid model can then be used to produce parts for cost analysis, design replication or testing validation. There's no need to cut the part in order to measure it in most geometries, however more complicated shapes may require sectioning to precisely measure some dimensions.
