Rotary Seals

Rotary seal applications must seal on rotating surfaces. The solution is an elastomeric seal that has frictional contact high enough for optimal sealing, but without creating excessive system heat or torque on the motor. This balance must be considered with multiple operating conditions. Rotary seals commonly are used in applications including compressors, gearboxes, mixers and dryers, pumps, presses, rotary manifolds, etc.
